Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The item has original tags and packaging intact.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Items purchased during sale or clearance

Accessories, underwear, or customized products

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at kiddostyleofficial1@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note:

We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item received was damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges depending on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kiddostyleofficial1@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
